Am I purchasing a digital file or a physical poster?
You get to choose. Motive Posters are available as:
--Digital Downloads – high-resolution files available immediately after checkout
--Canvas Prints – professionally printed on thick, gallery-quality canvas
--Matte Paper Prints – printed on smooth, archival-quality poster paper
Digital files are ready to download right after your purchase. Printed posters are made to order and shipped directly to you.
Sizing details
Motive Posters are offered in three formats—digital downloads, canvas prints, and matte paper prints—with the following size details:
Digital Downloads
Designed at high resolution for:
Portrait (Vertical): 36" high × 24" wide
Landscape (Horizontal): 36" high × 48" wide
These files can be printed at smaller sizes without quality loss. We don’t recommend scaling up beyond the original size, as it may cause pixelation.
Canvas Prints + Matte Paper Prints
Available in six (or more) sizes:

Can I return or exchange my order?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Canvas and paper prints are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us—we’ll work with you to make it right.
Where can I print my digital file?
You can print it at home, a local print shop, or through an online service like Staples, FedEx, or Printful. For best results, use heavyweight matte paper or canvas.
How long does shipping take?
Canvas and matte paper prints are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Can I customize a poster?
Yes, for an additional fee, we accept custom requests for sizes, quotes, or slight design tweaks. Reach out before purchasing and we’ll see what we can do.
Do the posters come framed?
No, frames are not included at this time. This gives you the freedom to match the poster with your own space and style.
